Fantastic visit. Deena, front desk person, gave great info. She knows the business. Then Sara, the assistant, was so caring. Dr. Chow took his time and gave me the right information to make a sound decision. He did Perio., cleaning, the level above normal cleaning, then into Deep Cleaning, Root Planing and Scaling. No problem, just like a normal cleaning visit. I was able to eat lunch w/in an hour. He was on my insurance and I tried to check up on him but I didn’t find anything to worry about. His office was top notch. I had my procedure done right before Memorial day weekend. He actually called me himself over the weekend to check up on me. His work was amazing. So far my teeth look much better. I had a tiny bit of bruising which he said might happen. There was very little pain. Once the pain medicine went in, I could have gone to sleep. I had a perscription for pain medication just in case but never needed it. Highly recommend.- A N.
Dr Chow and his staff are very friendly and professional. Dr Chow made me feel comfortable and explained what he was doing before he did it. Instead of just rambling off numbers while examining my mouth, Dr Chow explained what the numbers meant and why they were important in determining my dental health. They had an in office payment plan which made it easy to pay my bill in 3 payments. I can’t say enough great things about Dr Chow and staff!! -S P.
